Agro2Circular's partner Tecnoalimenti brought the project to Sardinia for a panel on the hidden values of agri-food residues
TECNOALIMENTI, partner of Agro2Circular, presented the project in the beautiful setting of Sardinia, for the 19th International Symposium on waste management, resource recovery and sustainable landfilling. The event took place from 9 to 13 October in Santa Margherita di Pula, Cagliari (Italy) and TECNOALIMENTI was especially present in the Session C8 related to ‘Waste in Agriculture’ scheduled on 11 October 2023.
The Symposium is currently an international reference forum held every two years where planners, operators, public officials and scientists present their relevant experiences and discuss new concepts and technologies of waste management, with a very rich scientific programme of structured in 8 parallel tracks and including more than 450 presentations.
Marianna Faraldi held a speech titled THE HIDDEN VALUE OF AGRI-FOOD RESIDUES, REVEALED AND BOOSTED THROUGH A CIRCULAR APPROACH: AGRO2CIRCULAR, adressed mostly to the scientific community and experts in waste management.
The Conference proceeding include a paper related to the presentation and was distributed to about 600 attendees at the registration desk. You can read the paper here.
