CETEC highlights circular economy innovations in agriculture at Spain’s leading Environmental Congress
From December 2 to 5, 2024, Madrid hosted the National Environmental Congress (CONAMA), a hub for sustainability innovation. CETEC, a key partner in the Agro2Circular project, featured prominently in the exhibition corner dedicated to European initiatives.
Agro2Circular and its innovative research in the agri-food sector drew over 1,000 visitors, including industry leaders, researchers, policymakers, and citizens. CETEC’s exhibit highlighted the project’s innovative approaches to waste management and resource efficiency, fostering discussions on sustainable practices aligned with Europe’s Green Deal.
The positive response underscored the growing interest in integrating circular economy principles into agriculture. CETEC’s participation reinforced its commitment to driving innovation and sustainability.
