Last week our partners attended as speakers at a workshop focused on research & innovation in the field of circular economy and sustainable solutions at a multidimensional level

Kveloce I+D+i and Polibienestar Institute from UVEG took part in the Circular Models workshop organized by the EELISA project, at Technical School of Agronomic, Food and Biosystems Engineering (ETSIAAB) of Madrid Polytechnical University.

The event sought to promote research and innovation in the field of Circular Economy and brought together researchers, academics, and business representatives to explore innovative, inclusive and circular solutions. Key topics, such as creativity and inclusive society, advanced materials science, and climate change, were addressed during the event. Our partners KVC and UVEG presented the Agro2Circular projects and the activities that were carried out: KVC focused on public participation activities, such as the community-based schemes and the multidimensional model to be co-created with stakeholders, while UVEG tackled the need for governance mechanisms and training and education in the field of the circular economy.

During 2 days and a half, expert panels, thematic round tables and interactive sessions were performed where the participants had the opportunity to share knowledge, experiences, and good practices. The workshop also served as a platform to promote the generation of collaborative research projects and strengthen alliances between the different sectors of innovation quadruple helix at the European level.
