The infographic presents in a visual way the process behind Agro2Circular's F&V recycling
Agro2Circular 1st infographic is focused on the technologies for the recycling of organic agrifood wastes, namely: lemon, artichoke, grape, broccoli, cauliflower and apple.
What is it so special about all these fruits&vegetables? They are consumed in many different ways, but they also produce different kinds of wastes because they are usually not used in their entirety.
Agro2Circular has developed new technologies that use the remaining parts for giving them new life, and transform them into new food and nutraceutical formulations. Through complex chemical processes, the food waste finds is processed, melted, separated, etc and eventually transformed into a totally new product.
